What Does It Take To Get The Abs?

Surprising foods (that you thought were unhealthy) that actually assist the fat-burning process in your body

The question on getting nice six pack keeps on always coming back. Whether a person is young or old, everyone wants to know about 6 packs and how to get them to show. So let me ask you something; do you know that you already have abs? Would you believe me if i told you that you have them, as a matter of fact everyone has them! Well, whether you believe me or not, truth is everyone has abs; thing is, they are hiding; and the reason why you some do not see them is simply because they are surrounded by belly fat.

To most of you it might sound like something you know very well and could possibly be saying to yourselves right now that it is easier said than done and that i am not in your shoes and so on; that's fine, it is your right to believe that, but fact is that i only started going to the gym and eating healthy in the last 2 years. Before that i was on the bigger side. When i decided to start eating healthy and to do exercises, at the same time i decided to learn how my body responded to variations of nutrition and to different types of bodybuilding. I tested my body myself, because no personal trainer can make a plan that is perfect for me, unless he knows how my body works; that takes time and money so i decided to do it by myself.

Let me now return back to the six pack subject and let me end the confusion on how to get abs once and for all. I do not recommend that you buy some expensive fancy ab machines, and even less some magic pills to burn fat. They will cause more harm to your system than anything else, plus not to mention money. So instead, save that money on new clothes for when you lose the extra pounds and get the 6 packs.

What does it take to get abs?

- In order to lose the Jelly Belly, first thing you must do is to take the decision to do it. Whatever and however you do it, keep in mind that you need to stick to that decision no matter how hard it might get at times; you need to realize that you have to stick to the nutrition and work out program; because as long as you are committed to it, the end result will be positive; you will end up having the abs.

- With the decision to follow through, comes patience. Very important that you put in your head that nothing happens overnight. Do not get discouraged and do not let any negative ideas cross your mind. You will get those 6 packs, but you need to be patient. Depending on how much you have to lose, as long as you are committed into the workout, in the end, you will get it your way.

- As i mentioned the exercises before, you need to work the abs even though they will be covered with belly fat for some time. I would suggest to you to do ab workout three times per week; make sure you do not work out your abs every day; make sure it is every second day. Just like all other muscles, the abdomen muscles needs to rest and recuperate as well. I suggest that you do three different exercises of twelve repetitions each, and do not have them all work the same part of the abs. I suggest to you one for the oblique's, one for the lower abs, and one for the upper part. It is also very important to do them well. Do not just go out there, make the exercises fast and then leave. Concentrate on your breathing, do them slow and make your movements controlled. It is very important to focus on the quality of your work out, rather than the quantity. If you are not sure on the proper technique, there are many videos out there to show you how to do exercises.

- With the exercises comes the nutrition. They go hand in hand. Don't go bodybuilding and then you go and eat a double burger with fries. I suggest to you 5 equal meals per day all divided equally in calories; the snacks should be the same amount of calories as the meals, and have a combination of carbohydrates, proteins and fats in each of the meals. Avoid bread, use brown rice or Quinoa instead. Make sure your nutrition is high in fiber. Cut down to minimum or to 0 on sodium; it will give you nothing else but water retention and make you bloated. Most important, never forget the breakfast. It is the most important meal of the day. It jump starts your entire system.

- Speed your heart rate and let your blood circulate in your body by doing cardio; some great exercises for cardio are power walking, aerobic exercises, spinning classes, swimming and even more.

- The next great thing to have your abs show is to cut all alcohol consumption and drink lots of water. One think i used to cut down my big appetite was to drink a glass of 250ml of water before each meal and one after my meals. I felt full, but it was just water. You get your system to feel full ad at the same time drinking water reduces your water retention, therefore less bloated as well. Sounds strange, but it is the truth.

So now that you know what needs to be done, you no longer need to wonder how to get six pack. You can get up and you know the secret to lose your belly fat fast.

Water Consumption Effect On Ab Workout And Bodybuilding

Get your free report on your body NOW!

What is water and why is it essential for everything? Lose belly fat now!

-Water is a vital liquid that we all need in the everyday life in order to be able to survive; it is the most elemental and crucial ingredient to a healthy life.
-We need it in the everyday life and we need it when performing any type of workout.
-Water is what keeps us all hydrated which helps us gain energy during heat periods by giving your blood that extra oxygen and fuels up our bodies.

Do you start to see the significance?  Water is way more important than you think.

Why is water so essential for ab workout, to the point that people talk about it so much and write articles about it? Let us relate some of the terms on the value of water in every day's life and apply it to your gym sessions.
-Since water is a hydration factor, it is a powerful and essential factor in bodybuilding and ab workouts. This liquid actually helps you gain more energy and gives you a boost during your training session; as a matter of fact, hydration is needed when it comes to intense ab workouts that simply wear your entire energy out. So keep hydrated before, during and after your workout. The main concept behind hydrating with water, is that the longer and more intensely you train, the more important it is to drink water throughout this training.
-Let us observe this from a different perspective. Water keeps us hydrated, hydration causes extra oxygen to our blood; in return  the energy produced by the oxygen in the blood permits us to keep pushing hard during the training.
-Putting the two facts above on side, water consumption has other important functions in our bodies.
-First of all, water is the major transporter of all nutrients; and this is important especially if you have eaten before your workout. Why is it important? Because the nutrients are being transported throughout the body to the targeted muscle group that you are training. This transport by water to the muscle group facilitates the development of the targeted area.
-Secondly, is extremely important for our joints, our bones and our tissues to stay lubricated and highly saturated; the lack of water in the joints, bones and tissues results in aches and pains; this is due to the fact that you are using them intensively during the training and you are not giving them water so they feel tender and dry.
-Third of all, lack of water during ab training or exercise can cause you to pass out because you are over-exhausted and the body temperature not regulated. Not regulated means your body is working hard, and when it works hard you sweat, which regulates the temperature and keep your body away from overheating; therefore no water and no sweat gives over exhaustion and fatigued and sluggish body during workout; results = minimized.

Now i don't know about you, but in my eyes water sure is vital to our lives. And without water during our workout, the results and the performance are significantly decreased. Keeping a constant flow of water in your system will produce an outcome such as longer workout, maximized result and having the energy to do it without feeling pushed to the limit and passing out; and besides the fact that you do not feel slow, your body was provided with the correct amount of hydration and nutrition to keep it charged during your gym session.

Go on and have a great workout; and remember drink before, during and after. Now you know what it takes to get the abs and methods to use so that you maximize the outcome.

Where Are My Abs? I Still Do Not See Them!

3 Foods marketed as "healthy" that actually increase your stomach fat... stay FAR away from these!

There is always so much to be said when we talk about abs. Many questions keep on being asked over and over again; fact is, the answer always stays the same. Truth is, one never needs to look very hard to understand there is no secret in developing abs. It is not some pills that will make a miracle, nor starving yourself. You might ask yourself if you can reduce your belly fat without dieting? So many questions, yet the answer is very simple, you lose fat, you lose pounds and you develop abs by simply combining the right exercises with the right nutrition.   Lose belly fat now!

So if it is so simple, then why many fail? After all, great abs are something that most people have wanted to see on them at least once or twice; trouble is, they always find a reason why it does not work on them. Tell you what, the biggest reason people fail to get the abs they so desire is that they do the wrong exercises and wrong nutrition program.

You know, even those people who carry the extra weight and need to lose fat have abs, oh yes they do, but these abs are covered with all those extra pounds; so the famous crunches and sit-ups will absolutely do nothing to burn this fat and to help you lose pounds.

Here's the thing; let me share some tips on exercises on abs workout and on nutrition; maybe you will see the light this time and benefit from them.

-First thing to do for great abs is to get rid of JUNK FOOD. This is something that you must do. Just get rid of it. They are empty calories that you feed your poor body and it suffers because of it. Listen to this: you are in front of the television, craving some snack to accompany you while you watch some great show. What is it that you are thinking of? Chocolate bar, pop corn, cookies, and it goes on. Don't you see that it will not fill you up with any quality food, but it sure will stuff you some high number of calories. Result is simple; it goes right around your belly keeping it warm and hiding those beautiful abs you have under there. So now you can welcome few extra pounds that joined you on your journey. Not so exciting!

-Now what happens when you feed your body some rich sugar foods that will boost your insulin level and give you a high for a small period of time? If you have not realized it by now, i will tell you what will happen; as fast as you got your sugar rush, as fast as it will hit the rock bottom leaving you sluggish, tired and even hungrier. Wow! There is no secret, some foods do more harm to your bodies, and some do more. You are probably wondering, well what should you be taking? Tell you what, pick on complex carbohydrates, they keep the sugar level in your system stable and you feel full for a longer period of time. Take the example of the whole grains; they give your body what it needs to focus and work hard; they contain great sources of fiber and other important nutrients, such as selenium, potassium and magnesium.

-One more thing, exercises. You get to the gym, hop on a 45 minute jog  or even do some light workout. Now do you really expect a result? If you did, i understand now why you do not believe in your abs showing, and end up giving up. In order for great results to be produced, it is important for you to boost your workout, by adding intensity. So you get to the gym, you get on that jogging workout, but this time you add hills, you add intervals, sprint intervals; now your body start to work harder, to burn fat and to burn calories, and you can start believing that your abs will be looking for their way out, and they are ready to come out faster than you could imagine. You think i am joking? Try it and tell me i am wrong. Make sure that you get a solid, full bodybuilding at least two to three times per week. And when you build muscle you also burn more fat and the end result is fit and tight body with the flat abs you always wanted.

My point here is to let people see that proper exercises and proper nutrition will cause fat loss and flat abs without any doubt. Even if you aim for flat abs, keep in mind that you must not neglect the rest of your body. Your body comes in one package, do not neglect certain body parts. You do that and your body will be unhappy causing injuries here and there.

In the end, it comes down to one thing; to get your abs to show faster, you simply have to work harder, and concentrate on following proper nutrition and exercises program that will benefit all of your body. Start by treating your body with respect, and see how it will reward you for taking care of it. All the tools you need are available to you. Use them!
